Last night we went to go see East Coast Band play since we are looking for a band for our wedding. I wasn't crazy about them and I had heard such good things. It seems like every band i've seen so far just doesn't cut it. I don't know if we are just being picky but the live music aspect is important to me.
We still are gonna go see Code Bleu, Heart and Soul, and the Naked Truth play so hopefully i'll like one of them and the price will be right. Are any of you girls looking to hire a band?

You are not being picky. When you are paying all that money for a band they better be excellent and blow you away because if not what is the point.
IMO if a band is not good it kinds of puts a damper on things. Good luck to you
We are just hiring a DJ because I have no interest in a band and frankly we can't afford it.

We are going to begin looking for a band in about 2-3 weeks when my parents finally get back form italy. We are def. booking a hank lane band just not sure which one yet.......they have the best bands!!!!

I am going to see Code Bleu and Heart & Soul next week. We loved Heart & Soul, but I want my parents to see them now. My only fear is that the band has a rep of changing members often.
I think both Code Blue and Heart & Soul are in the same price range $6500-$7000

if i did decide to get a band which im not id 110% go with ANGELO VENUTO & THE VOICES aswomeeeeeeeee and not to mention im obsessed with angelo lollll its $8,000 for 4 hrs thou its alot!
