For those of you who have picked out your music already, what song are you using for the 'Finale' song? My FH and I want something upbeat, but we can't find anything we like really.

I love it!!! I don't think you can go wrong with Sinatra. He always had a song that is appropriate for something!

Thanks....this song is extra special to me and my grandfather...so I know that he will understand why I picked it to be the last song.

we had two last songs:

first they played: Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) – Green Day

then the last song was Same Old Lange Syne, Dan Fogelberg (that songs has very special meaning to us)

We did our wedding song as our last song it was so nice- to hear it again and everyone danced to it- for our dance it was just us dancing to our wedding song and then BP but not the guest so it was nice to have all on dance floor and to hear it just one more time before my wedding ended, :(. which was Jessica simpsons, I wanna love you forever

So did we..LOL..thought we were the only ones! It was so much fun. We all gathered into a circle and just hugged and danced to it!

My last song was supposed to be New York, New York and it was very important to my DH and me...but my DJ 'made the decision as the creative director' to play a Barry White song.
And yes, we had previously discussed it with the DJ and had it in writing.

We used 'Youre the First, my Last, my Everything' by Barry White.

We used this one too. My dad loves this song and really wanted it played at our wedding. The band suggested ending with it and it was a great choice to end the night.
