Latina Brides & DJ's

I need help finding a DJ that fits my budget and is bilingual with a solid knowledge of salsa. We met with Elegancia and thought they were great but they have not really made an effort to work out a package that fits our budget. Everyone on here recommends Vinny from High Voltage who has great prices and says he has a DJ that is bilingual and knows the music but it still makes me worried.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Choosing a DJ was extremely hard for us as well. What is your budget? I know Elegancia starts at $995 and were willing to work out a deal for us, although we were looking at a higher package. They were great, we were looking for a different vibe though.

We ended up booking with Diamond Productions. They are pricier than most (basic starts at $1295) bu from their website we saw that they were what we wanted...a club like DJ.

They are also Spanish, not an American company that has a 'latin' division, and they specialize in Latin weddings. Our MC plays clubs all the time (Latin Quarter, Copacabana) and so does the owner, so they are current with the music of today.

If you meet with them, tell them Sasha sent you...tell them you're on a budget and lower the price. I know I did and I know another bride who used them and was able to lower her package as well.
