Amy Fisher book in one day It was short but I thought it was really Good.

I liked it. Every story has 3 sides his hers and the truth. It was good. And I liked reading about her life now. And how she turned her life around!

i know and i saw her on Oprah and she has every right to move on w/her life. but, i don't see why she is coming out with this now, its almost like she cannot let go of what happened. i guess writing her story down is her way of moving on.

She talks about her childhood teenage life including meating Joey and the shooting he time in prison her parole and how Mary Jo forgave her and wrote a letter saying how she felt she served her time Her life now

Yes. and she got help from I believe her editor from the long Island press the paper she writes for. But for the most part It was written by her and about her life

ok...here is my issue with this...I just can't bring myself to knowingly spend my hard earned money on a book/movie in which a nut job would benefit from....

I know this is not really the topic but just a thought of mine....

Ok... This is your opinion (no Drama Please) I don't really see her as a nut job just a Dumb Kid. And Most of the money from the book are going to Various organizations including gun control groups and Mothers against violence. She list them all in the back of her book. She also published the book herself.

Ok No DRAMA PLEASE But... Joey made A LOT More money then she did and he only got 4 months in jail for sleeping with a 15 year old ( he recently went to jail for a year for insurance fraud and has been in and out of jail several time) He was in movies and even in a porno. Amy got offers from playboy but turned it down. I think that Joey is worse.. JMO

She is doing something good though by giving money to different organizations to help keep guns off the street and what not.

Thank GOD Mary Jo finally Got smart and divorced that scum bag. I know his brother lives down the block from my mom and dad with his kids and even before anyone knew who Joey was his brother was a scum bag.

June..honestly..i am not starting drama...

and i totally agree Joey is a F****** piece of S***!! And i wouldn't buy his book either!

not looking to cause drama, but

a dumb kid is someone who lets the air out of your tire or shoots out your windshield. That's a far cry from walking up to someone and shooting them.

In my opinion, Amy Fisher is a former criminal. Yes, she served her time and yes she should move on with her life, but I refuse to support her financially by allowing her to publicize what she did. And I refuse to acknowledge shooting another human being as the act of a dumb kid.
