LAURA -- Cassarino negatives

We did our album on Saturday (4 hours and $1,200 later) and I asked when we get the negatives. You get them the day you pick up your album. Just curious, what size is your big picture?

That's the size I originally wanted, but when we booked them, my darling hubby said that the 20x24 was 'too big' and I was 'out of my mind'. Well, when we went on Saturday, he turned into a madman and was checking out all the big size pictures and decided that we 'need' to get the 30x30!!! Now who's out of their minds???? I told him to get a billboard on the LIE while he's at it. Now he tells me last night that he doesn't know if he likes the picture we picked. Not for nothing, but he better be in love with it since it will take up the whole living room!!! Everyone in Cassarino was cracking up because it's usually the other way around with the wife wanting the bigger picture and the husband saying no!!! Now we're going back there on Sat to check out the picture again. 4 hours wasn't enough time to pick it out, we need another 4 hours. And he tells me I can't make up my mind.....

You made me chuckle-- 30X30 yes I agree billboad size--hope you have a large wall to put it on!!! as far as picking out the pics--it took us a while but we also have decided to do alot of them on our own once we get the negatives--so we did a ton of 8X10's and 5X7 but other than the one big pic(tiny compared to yours--couldnt resist) we really didnt pick much out!! all this talk has me wanting to call them and bug them about when my album will be ready!! I'm glad I made you laugh -- we seem to have that affect on people. My sister used Cassarino in April 1997 and she got her album back about a month or 2 before her one year anniversary, so I would say that your album should be ready soon! They said the timing depends on how many pictures are in the album, so give them a call and see what the status is. Who was your photographer? We had George S and we loved him.

THey had told us 9 months(60 or so pics) I just called(couldnt resist) --we are in the second stage- prints have come back and they are checking through them--once they are reconciled they go to be binded--so she said it is going to take the full 9 months(april it is) we used Dominic--he is no longer with them--he actually wasnt even with them during our wedding but he honored our contract (since he was the reason we booked!!)
