Yesterday I noticed signs taped over all of the parking meters in front of my office building, so I knew there would be some sort of taping going on. Well, I was in the elevator going to lunch I saw a girl in the elevator with a Law&Order CREW name tag and a walky-talky. On my way back in, I saw a guy with a tag and a walky-talky.
The floor they are on has the El Diario offices. I wonder if the episode has to do with the newspaper or if they just liked the building and that floor.

I work by Grand Central and they film alot over here too, I always recognize the building across the street, 101 Park in some of their shots.

they tape all over the city - My brother was in an episode once- only for a couple of seconds - one of my mom's tenants played the part of a bartender once - so cool
