lawyer's fees

we bid on our dream house this weekend and our offer was accepted i scheduled the engineer for tomorrow, and now we need a lawyer. fh can get a discounted lawyer through his union but we have no idea if this price is good. help!!!

We used a real estate lawyer that was provided by my husband's union-and we were so happy we did. We saved a good chunk money (he was basically free) and ended up meeting a fantastic lawyer. He was on the ball, estimated our closing costs more accurately than the mortgage bank, and is now helping us with other legal matters.
