LEASE IS SIGNED!!! WE HAVE OUR APARTMENT OFFICIALLY!!!

FH and i had been waiting for our landlord's idiot tenant to move out...so we went tonite and singed the lease, and got the keys! but since the guy took so long to leave, and i want the carpets shampooed and place painted....we move in officially on Feb. 9th. (but have access to it now)...and only paid 3 wks rent for Feb. instead of the full month. (we're such negotiators) lol

so over the next week we can slowly move in! YIPEE!!!!!

can't believe i finally get to live with my FH soon!
