Leather shoes?

I'm in shoe dilema. Are leather shoes OK or will they seem too casual?

Good luck planning the hall is one of the toughest decisions. We choose the Woodbury CC. Which has a great combination of beautiful interior and great grounds with a pond and waterfall.

Leather shoes?

I think comfort is the biggest selling point in a pair of shoes. If the leather ones are comfy---go for it!!! No one will notice. On the other hand, if you want to go for the satin shoes, you should consider that you can always dye them afterward. We can all use a pair of dressy black satin shoes. They go with EVERYTHING!!! Main idea should be to get something that is comfortable...you will be dancing the night away!!!

Good question...

Leather shoes?

If you get leather-backed silk-satin shoes, they are VERY comfortable. You will only be wearing these shoes once most likely, but you'll also only be wearing your wedding dress once, and you want to look your best. And you could dye them black afterwards and keep them for formal occasions. Peter Fox has a great selection of leather backed shoes which are really comfortable. They are located on Madison Ave./68th Street (??). You can check them out at peterfox.com. Good luck and I hope you find something great.

Of course there was a mistake so I wrote back asking them to explain--and this is the respoonse I received

Stuart Weitzman

I actually went with a pair of Staurt Weitzman shoes. Although the Peter Fox's were comfy, the were a bit too trendy for my wedding gown. I thought that Stuart Weitzman had more of the "classic" looking shoes. And they have a bigger selection of wedding shoes.

Kenneth Cole also has some pretty styles and they are about 1/2 the price.

shoes

I don't think satin shoes are necessary. If you have leather shoes that are comfortable and match your dress, then go for it!

This is probably too much to ask for - I have an appointment with a florist tonight. I am going to find out how much everything I want costs. Then I guess I'll play it by ear.

Leather shoes?

I went last week for my fitting, and the seamstress said that the front of your shoe is supposed to show a little, so you may see the front of your shoe!

I am starting to question whether the shoe should show - I hope it is not too short! Feedback please!!!!!!

October is now the most popular month to get married...so everyone says. We had a hard time finding vendors available for October...just our experience.
