I have two, litter-box trained pekingese. Have any of you left your dog for 2 full days? obviously with plenty of food and water/ windows open, fan on. This would be in June. I am obsessed with these dogs like many of you are with yours. Putting them in a kennel is the other option, but I worry about infections and I hate to cag them.

They have one of those petsmart hotels in Huntington. Don't know if that is near you.
thers no way you can bring them with you? i would never leave my babies home alone for two days. too much can happen.
the fact that they are litter box trained is a great asset but personally, i don't think i could leave them alone for 2 days. over night...maybe, but i would need someone to check in on them and give them fresh water and make sure all was okay.
I agree, I would have someone check on them if you could.
