Sorry ladies, but can you guys post where you got your dresses from and if it was good service or bad? I would soo much appreciate it, I am so confused right now. Thanks again!

Commack wedding center too! My dress was $200.00 cheaper than higher end bridal shops. Dress came in 2 weeks I will be getting alterations within the next 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't even want to try on my dress but the salesgirl wouldn't take no for an answer and boy am I glad I listened! I walked out and everyone started crying! SOLD!

Valentina's in Brooklyn is a great place!! I plan on buying my gown there when I'm ready. I bought 2 bridesmaid gowns from them and two of my girlfriends got their gowns there. They are SOOOOO nice - they have gowns in a range of prices and have their own designs as well. They also have some really nice mother of the bride gowns as well!

I purchased mine from Davids Bridal in Carle Place, went 2x and was pleased with there sales help, however will be getting alterations done elsewhere, closer to my house.

I went to Demetrios in the City. The girls in the showroom were wonderful to work with.
My cousin went to :Bridal Coture in Manhassat(sp?)
She said she had no problem -She too dealt with Lee and was very happy with her.

Macy's in Manhasset - so far the service has been outstanding!! Dress isn't due in for a few more months, so I can't comment on alterations yet.

I got my gown at Wedding Salon of Manhasset. I had gone to four places in NYC first and I felt Mahasset had a better selection and great customer service. Will let you know about the alterations as I'm having the bottom of my dress reworked.

my dress has not come in yet (will be in Jan)
but Kelly is great

She gave me a Great price all inclusive and even came down a bit for me.
Also is including some extras

So far, so good. She called me to let me know about when the dress will be in, not vise versa.

so far so great service
