Hi, girls. I don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but I didn't know about this until today, so I thought I would pass on the information.
You can get replacements of your Lenox products at 1/2 the regular retail price plus shipping, handling, and local sales tax if you break it. The catch is that you have to mail the broken pieces back to them, but for the first time if you don't have the broken pieces, you can definitely just say that you didn't know about this program and you didn't save the pieces. I'm using this to replace one broken champagne flute.
you have to register your pattern with them, wedgwood has a really great program as well I think they let you give back your pattern and pick out a new one if they discontinue it.....no time limit so after 10 years if they discontinue the pattern you can trade it in and if you break any pieces within the first year they replace FREE!!
