Lenox Just Married

There is a Hallmark Store going out of business by my house, and they have a lot of Lenox, Precious Moments, and other collectibles on sale. One of them was this Lenox piece.

I've never considered buying on before, but I like this one. I don't have anything else like it (I don't normally do collectible glass figurines..) it's $145 with 20% off...

should I bother

If you really like it then go for it. But if you want something that you can display after the wedding and it doesn't go with anything you have then maybe you should look for something else. You have plenty of time, there's no rush.

the thing is, it would be my first piece ever, so there is really nothing to match it too....

No, we all work on the Island it is ok though because I think my mom got it already for me.

If you like it purchase it. It is something you can always display on a mantle or in a china closet. You can put a picture of the two of you cutting the cake or a another pic from the wedding. It can bw displayed to commerate your wedding day.

My mom purchased the Ladro Bride and Groom and I simply adore it. I have nothing else like and doubt I ever will.

I think its pretty.

You could use it as your cake topper (not not actually on the top -- just an idea)

My mom got me this one for my shower and I used it as my cake topper but just put it in front of the the cake, since my cake had flowers on top.
