Leonards - BM question

I heard there is a new guy named Armando. Has anyone dealt with him? Also, do you know if he speaks spanish?

any info would be great. I have to call and get a new BM since tommy left (although he wasn´t that responsive to me so maybe its better)

I had the same issue but when I was there last week I met with Robert/Bobby and he basically said that you don't typically deal with one person because any of the bm's can pick up your file and help you. I said I would rather deal with one person and he said thats fine, but just in case that one person is not there, there is always someone else available to help u.

Thanks!! I agree with you, I´d rather deal with one person. Esp since I´m overseas I want to make sure there is someone assigned to deal with my craziness!! I dont´really bother them too much but there are questions sometimes that come up. Esp when you´ve never seen the place!! I just called and spoke to the girl she said that Armando works on weekends and she couldn´t give me bms email addresses. But after I explained a little of the situation, she told me that he will be there between 12 and 5 tomorrow so I don´t know what that was all about!!

The plus side is Armando talks spanish so then FH can talk to him when we go there too. This way he doesn´t feel left out!
