Leonards of Great Neck and food....

I'm getting married there 6-27-04. I'm a little nervous about the food and service. Any reviews?

My father has his corporate xmas party and their cocktail hour food is DELISH.. love love love!!! =)

what are you nervous about and why?

just make sure you go over what you want with them and address any and all your concerns...

I went to a wedding there a couple of years ago. I remember the cocktail hour being really abundant and great food. I know FH sent his dinner back and they forgot to bring him a new one--but I can't remember why he sent it back lol I'm sure it wasn't a huge deal--your wedding will be great! don't worry!! we weren't in the huge room upstairs, the people had a small wedding in the downstairs room.

I am having my reception there also and before we booked them we went for a tasting. The food was amazing. They give you whatever food would normally be at the cocktail hour. During it, your banquet manager along with the person who trains the waiters and waitresses will speak with you and ask what you like or dont like or if you had any complains. They usually do the tasting once a month, you should look into it. Its a free dinner on a sat night.
