Leonetti's or Dortoni's in Levittown---HELP ME DECIDE

Trying to decide on one of these two places for my cake. They are both good : ) My RH recommends Leonetti's and I know Princes777 (who also had her wedding at DeSeversky) used Leonetti's and she love them.

Why don't you go to both and buy a couple of different small pastries and that might help you decide. Good luck

Thanks for the advice I have already done so, but usually the pastry chef is not the same one that makes wedding cakes, so you are taking a chance My future sister in law lives close to leonetti's and we usually eat a Domenico's which is next door to Dortoni's in Levittown. Domenico's gets all their pastries from Dortoni's

We used Dortoni's for our wedding cupcakes (we didn't have a cake). They were excellent! Everyone raved about them.

I Highly, Highly, Highly recommend Dortoni!!!
My sister is also getting me cookies for my shower as part of the favor from there. They are shaped as a bridal dress. SOOOOO CUTE

FH's family (all Levittown-ians) always swore by Dortoni's

I'm a huge fan of Leonetti's
I think the people there are so warm and welcoming. I'm getting my cake from Leonetti's

I know everyone in LI raves about Dortoni's, but I was absolutely disgusted with my wedding cake. It looked nothing like the picture I gave them, and it tasted TERRIBLE. The icing tasted like toothpaste (and no, it wasn't fondant), and the cake itself was dry and gross. Ugh, it annoys me everytime I think about it!!

A friend had a birthday party with a Dortoni cake and I thought it was just ok, not as terrific as people rave about. (sorry)

On the other hand our cake was from Black Forest bakery in Lindenhurst and it was the best cake I've tasted in a long time. so you might want to try them.

When the swan club had there showcare Leonetti's had a cake there. It was absolutely delicious. If its in our budget, we are going to get our wedding cake there.
