Walk Away the Pounds you mean? I love those tapes, they are a great, effective, short workout...I lost inches before my wedding and just recently started them up again!

I have those tapes also! I love her! Did you get the ones with the water weight balls to work out your arms? That is the set I got. I also bought 2 on eBay that are pretty good - The Evening Mile with legs and The Moning Mile with Abs.
I definitely would reccommend these to anyone.

I have the ball and the weight belt tapes, both are great! Never heard of the other ones, how long are they and are they good?

Allure...I started them in January (the end) and by the summer, I saw a difference. I didn't diet with it and I really did the 1,2,& 3 mile tapes pretty regularly, probably 4 times a week, mixing it all up, which probably helped.

Re: Leslie Sansone ?

I saw an article about her and her tapes in WOman's Day - you're saying you guys recommend them? I hate most exercise but walking I can commit to.....did your arms tone up noticeably?

Edited to ask: WHat exactly does her belt do, and her stretchy thingie...and did you guys do these tapes at home or out at a park or what?

Re: Leslie Sansone ?

My arms toned with using the balls where I felt muscle. The belt is wrapped around your waist and there are handles you push out and pull in. You do it all in front of the TV, very convenient and really works up a sweat. You can walk 1 mile in 15 minutes or 2 miles in 30 minutes, really powerful walk. Who doesn't have 15 minutes to get in a quick workout?
