They can't meet with my until mid June so I'm a bit nervous they will do what I want.

i think they only have a certain amount of appts and only on weekends i think i had to wait like 3 weeks for my appt we just had it today.

We want to do cupcakes instead of a cake so I just want to make sure they can accomodate us.

i would think that would be a question they could answer over the phone. i'm sure they don't wanna waste your time or their time if they can't ya know. i would call and just ask.

using Audrey's ... call ahead of time so they can have samples for you. We just got to taste fillings and the white chocolate mousse was DELISH! very light! GL!
