Hi ladies, I just had my wedding shower this evening and I learned a big lesson. For my wedding day, I will definitely go get food during my cocktail hour,but we WILL go back to eat at the bridal suite. I had a plate of food in my hand in front of everyone tonight,but because of seeing and talking to everyone,and because I hate having a room full of people watch me eat--I ended up not eating at all! Just thought I would share.
Otherwise,i had a GREAT shower!

Haha...it happens at the wedding too. You're trying to do so many things at once. Its a good idea to sneak away and eat at your CH :o)

Other people werent eating at the same time you were? I had my shower yesterday and I ate while everyone else ate.... it was fine

my problem for my shower was that i was so hyped up and conversating with everyone that i was one of the last ones to get my food (it was a buffet)... so everyone had pretty much finished eating.... when i was going to eat, i sat there talking to everyone instead... it ****** lol that shouldnt happen at the wedding though!
a lesson learned from my shower is to spend a little to get a photographer... i didnt even think of having one until i realized that theres alot of people that i dont have pics with...
