I think that if i hear something is bad I wouldnt waste my time going. you def. dont want your first time to be a bad one!

I just googled some reviews and they said it was the WORST customer service ever...I will flip out if they ruin the first time I go shopping for my dress.![]()

I lived near there and last time I went there the customer service was horrible. I had to go there for a prom dress. It is a very small store and not enough staff to help you.
if you go, ask for Collette - she was GREAT!!!!
i called them for an apoointment and the girl said she didnt have time for me since she was helping another bride...so she would call back...guess what she never called back!
