GET THE BALL ROLLIN WHEN IT COMES TO MY SHOWER.. AT LEAST COMPILE THE GUEST LIST IF NOTHING ELSE

I can understand you wanting them to get something done, but isn't it the bride's responsiblity to give the BMs the guest list? They really have no way of knowing who should be invited without you telling them.

Well, it still is kind of early, and they are probably busy with the upcoming holiday season. I think you can probably cut them slack until January.

We are getting married around the same time, and having been a bridesmaid before, I feel that it's not really crunch time for them yet. I had all of them purchase their dresses last week, just so it was off my mind, and they've made me 'aware' that I need to turn over a list to them eventually, but your shower wont' be until at least probably march/april, so I wouldn't worry. Get them a guest list w/ addresses after new years. and if they don't have dresses yet, then you getter get lookin!!

also, your wedding is still more than 6 months away...there is still time....I haven't had mine yet...I know invitations or anything wasn't done yet because I just gave my mother my registry cards and the phone numbers of my BMs and MOH.

It's definately too early to feel that way... You're getting married in June! You don't usually plan a shower until around 3-4 months ahead of time.

Im getting married a month after you and it is still early they have time and they may be working on something and you don't know about it. Not to mention the holidays are coming up. So Im giving mine a break for right now.
