let the cancellations begin

so I found out on sunday my cousin and his g/f aren't coming.. we never got an actual RSVP from them, just a 'i think we're coming'

then my mothers cousins b/f of like 15 years isn't coming he has to go to his country for a medical procedure.

we heard through the grapevine that someone else wasn't coming.. but they never told us

um a friend of mine isn't bringing her hubby because he has to work, but she might bring a friend (i have a feeling she might not come)

and yesterday we get a phone call from my old neighbors sister saying they aren't coming.



note to all FUTURE brides, don't be scared to invite too many.. I wish I would have invited more, then we wouldn't be boarderline.

why??
We actually want empty seats here and there so we can sit at the tables with guests and chat.
but when our mothers were doing the seating charts they didn't seem to like that idea.

with the vendors and kids and us.. we'll make it.. i think we're at 154 now.. and our min is 150.

Whatever you do - tell the RH you have 6 or so people less than you actually do!

I understand why... but what happens if they all show up? I guess you pay the additional that night??

I might tell JT that we're having 5 less couples than RSVP'd to account for cancellations....people suck!

Don't worry, I've had 6 cancellations too...
