FMIL VENT TIME!!!!!!!!! POST ALL COMPLAINTS HERE NOW!!
Consider yourself so lucky if you don't have any....
So my FMIL is having a big Ol' problem of not being able to let go. She literally made me so angry last night. As you may know FH and I are house hunting, which is already stressful enough. Well she crapped on the idea and said that we will lose the house if we buy now. WHAT KIND OF PERSON SAYS THAT!!!!!!!! I know what her intentions are. She can't let go!! She wants FH to live with her FOR-EV-ER................... So FH and I get into a HUGE fight b/c I hit the brink and I really don't want her input on house hunting. My parents backed off COMPLETELY why can't she????

haha, i got nothing at the moment... but i have had plenty to vent about regarding FMIL & i'm sure i will have much more! good luck though & i'm sure you'll hear me venting very soon too!!!

FMIL needs to cut the umbilical cord off between her and FH. She acts like she is happy he is finally moving out, but that is just a front. Also, she treats him like he's 10 and he doesn't stand up for himself. Drives me crazy!!

UGH I am so annoyed with FMIL lately....she constantly makes rude comments in front of everyone saying :YOU CAN'T COOK'..Why even Register for kitchen stuff..you can't cook blah blah'
OK SORRY I am not Julia Child!! I am 25 years old and was in school for 20 of those years....I cook basic things but I am sorry if can't make gourmet meals yet...W.T.F

OMG - don't even get me started on this topic. I could seriously write a novel...and she has even started to p*ss off FH. Let's just say that its past the whole she is going to drive me to drink phrase ...because she has already driven me to drink. And it's only gonna get worse as the wedding comes... FML.
And yeah - she is having MAJOR issues of letting FH go (but it turns out that she is now actually pushing FH away because of her actions).

my vent is not personal but on FH's behalf:
when promising to give something and then flaking out on it that really shows what ur word is worth. plus not paying ur bills to FH is also extremely effed up!
she needs to really keep her word cause she will lose him as he already showed that a few months ago
sorry this vent was so vague, if I get into details I will be PO'ed for the rest of the day

I have been PO'd since my FILs left NY from their visit...the last thing that FMIL did was to pick a fight with FH, telling him that if we discipline FSD that we're going to steal her childhood and turn her into a little adult.
I suppose we're just supposed to let her do whatever she wants and let her run everyone's life the way FMIL did Sorry that we want a well behaved little girl that we can rely on to do what she's supposed to...didn't know that wanting that was stealing childhood. I guess I had my childhood stolen

I can't STAND people like that. I get so mad when children aren't disciplined... I'm not talking beatings/cursing/things like that AT ALL... but I think children need time outs, and they NEED to know what the word NO means. Some of the kids that I have babysat are not disciplined by their parents EVER, and that makes my life a living heII

EXACTLY...that's why this week has been so difficult for me because its the first time FSD has heard the word NO consistently...like what she can't do today she couldn't do yesterday and she can't do tomorrow...with FMIL it was just wantever she felt like, whenever she felt like it...and then when she got 'in trouble' she was sent to her room...WITH ALL HER TOYS. You'd go in there to tell her she was off punishment and she'd be happily amusing herself!! How is that a punishment??? Ughhhhhh
