I cut down and then got down to just weekends. I went on the pill and was afraid of the side effects so stopped. I would still smoke when I drank but it got to the point it would make me sick.
FH needs to quit too and isn't very successful with it.
I head the anti depressant pills work great -- I know two girls who quit using it.
