I am not motivated I love to eat! But I was thinking of hanging pictures sexy thin models in my snack cabinet to keep me away. Just a thought!

I'm motivated by seeing pictures of how I used to look when I was 20 lbs lighter. It is amazing how you can look in the mirror and think 'I didn't gain that much', but then your compare pictures and see the difference.

And I guess I never answered the question...

So...first and foremost...I'm doing it for my health. To feel good and look good, and to create a healthy lifestyle that I could hopefully become accustomed to.(sounds like crap, I know)

Second, I want to be able to, in ten, fifteen mabye twenty years, after my three kids....Look back at my pics and be able to say I looked good.

Also, when I see pics sometimes with that fat scrunched up in your armpit area...not appealing.
And I just want to look sleek and feminine.......

same here.

I really have two reasons:
1. I hate how sluggish and always tired I am. I want to have energy to go crazy and have fun and not need to collapse afterwards. I don't want to miss out on ANYTHING because I was too tired or short of breath.

2. It just feels good to feel and look healthy. It makes me stand taller and prouder and feel more confident. I like feeling like I look hot! It makes me feel like I could take over the world if I wanted to.
