In general Im what my FH calls fatophobic. I gain like 5lbs and go on a strict diet. I guess what keeps me motivated to stay in shape is feeling comfortable in my clothes and confident at any given time.

the fact that I was looking for something nice to wear over the weekend and didn't fit into most of my clothes! I really need to do something about this, but I have to wait until the semester ends before I can work out on a regular basis

The fact that since I started working on LI and my FH moved in two years ago I gained 15 pounds and I can't get it off.
Anyone every heard of LA Weight Loss????

So...first and foremost...I'm doing it for my health. To feel good and look good, and to create a healthy lifestyle that I could hopefully become accustomed to.(sounds like crap, I know)
Second, I want to be able to, in ten, fifteen mabye twenty years, after my three kids....Look back at my pics and be able to say I looked good.
Also, when I see pics sometimes with that fat scrunched up in your armpit area...not appealing. And I just want to look sleek and feminine.......

Right now (for the near future) Tghe summer... we spend alot of time on fire island, & I hate Hate having belly flab folding over my bathing suit...
For our wedding day:
I really want sext tone arms and a tight tummy, that way I look great in the dress (and in the pics )

I have actually been going to Weight Watchers for the last year and a half. What got me motivated to start was being my girlfriend's bridal party. And knowing that it was going to be me soon.
I want to look good for FH on our wedding day and for the honeymoon.

Ahhh backfat!!!!! I hate that..!!!!!!
This has nothing to do with weddings....but one of my pet peeves is this:
I like to refer to these types of girls as muffins!!!!
When girls with back fat and love handles...they wear their jeans soo flippin tight.....they a)can barely breathe, and b) have their love handles flowing over.....hence....it looks like a muffin.
Tight in the a$$ and then roll over the sides....yuck.
And this is why I'm on weight watchers.

Holy crap... I thought my wedding day would be motivating me, but sadly it is NOT!
God help me!!! I knwo I will be better come the summer time... I always do better then: fresh fruit and veggies, being outside more, etc.
