I would cancel and ask if I could get my deposit back..of I couldn't it's no big deal but I rather ask for it first.

I would cancel if it was only for 100 dollars. I would cancel even if the deposit were more than a hundred. If you fall in love with another vendor then you should go for it.

So far Im with the vast minority!! I would stay with the current vendor b.c I would think that there was a reason I must have loved the original one in the first place.
Otherwise I am likely to keep changing my mind and keep changing my vendors.

But thats me . . . if you really convinced that the newer vendor is better then you prob should do whatever you can to go with them.

I would cancel and not put up a fuss for a deposit that is only $100

I said cancel and demand the money back, but in reality you should just ask for the deposit back and if they say no then let it go... it is a small sum.
