I asked and they said they provide menus but I didn't ask how many per table. I hope its one menu per guest.
Ok cool , do you have to pay extra for it?

I asked if the menus were extra but they said they are free. I also asked if we could make our own and they said that was fine as well.

ok i wanted to book royal brass to greet the guests at the entrance and now leonards said it has to be done in the room.. anyone have this problem before or what did everyone do???
I like the idea. I was thinking about getting someone to play that piano thats in the hall in front of the rooms. I wonder if that's allowed. Maybe you could have royal brass greet the guests in the hall before they enter the room.

If you look at the papers they gave you upon signing your contract it says that on the weekends there is someone playing the Piano for your guests.

Thats great! DO they only do that for weddings because I've been there on the weekends when parties (not weddings) were going on and I never saw anyone play the piano.

Does anyone know if we are allowed to park a few cars in the lot the night before?? MY bridal party needs a way to get home if they are getting to the hall in a limo. A few of them were thinking of driving their cars & leaving them in the lot overnight.

OMG, we were just talking about doing this. I need to drop off my car the night before for my sister. I hope they allow it. If not my FI was going to drop it off in the morning. But I know thats impossible for you Janie becuase you are coming from SI.

Im not sure if its only for weddings, but the paper says that for weekend events a Piano player will be palying, it in the part that states they guarantee European white glove service etc.... You can confirm it with them that you want someone playing the Piano.
My sister did this for her wedding at JT.

Sorry, did he tell you why it has to be in the room? I am getting married on the main floor and to be honest - not that many ppl are going to notice the piano player
