I am not a big fan of cake and icing. But I do like the Fondant Icing. I haven't decided what type of cake yet but I want Red Velvet...I just dont want the cream cheese filling. I am thinking maybe Red Velvet and a chocolate ganache filling.

We're doing three different kinds - sour cream pound cake with chocolate raspberry ganache, red velvet with cream cheese and chocolate with chocolate mousse. Can't wait!

We are having canoli filling with yellow cake. The outside will be fondant.

I would like red velvet with cream cheese, but that's not standard, so I'm sure we will end up with chocolate cake, half cannoli, half raspberry. I hate cake lol.
