So what kinda cheeses, if any will be at your cocktail hour/reception?

LOTS of mozzarella!!!

And there's also a wine and cheese station, with assorted Italian hard cheeses.

I loveeee cheese. Fresh Mozzarella is my favorite but I am having every type of cheese I could think of.

A cheese fountain.. hmmm.. I like it.

What a lovely question!!! Actually, WHEELS OF CHEESE will be at my reception, because my mom made this HUGE deal out of how she doesn't want 'cubed cheese' because it's 'mouse food' and she doesn't like it. So I was like 'You're gonna expect people to go up and cut piece after piece of cheese? You want 150 people waiting on line for cheese????' Luckily our BM convinced her that he will have butlers by each WHEEL OF CHEESE cutting it for the guests. This is where I roll over and die from embarassment never to be heard from again. The End.
