Chicken Cutlets are always my default! I made them last night, but used Panko breadcrumbs instead of regular...delish!!!

well what do you like?

tonight I am making steak but on friday i made 5 cheese homemade macaroni and cheese that was soooo delicious. I had posted the recipe the other day.

I always make shrimp too, either in scampi or franchaise sauce, or sometimes i make my own sauce just playing around with it.

FH has bowling tonight, so I have to make something fast..I was thinking sloppy joes (since he looves them) or some hamberger helper. Tomorrow is Lamb Chops...YUM!! And, then Wed. I needa go food shopping LOL

oh ok

well then steak like i said before, i make my own bernaise sauce so might make that since i havent done this in a while. For sides not sure yet, i'll ask dh to see what he wants. I still have leftover macaroni and cheese, but he might want mashed potatoes or rice and beans instead.

how much did that all end up costing to make homemade mac n cheese? i was going to do it the other day and FH said all that cheese in that recipe would cost a fortune

FH is working 4-12 this week... which usually means I dont cook anything, I just pick on whatever I feel like....

However, for a quick meal I throw together some greek style pasta or some chicken cutlets...

i dont know EXACTLY bc we did our big food shopping for the week that day and bought tons of stuff so i cant remember just how much those specific things cost. It wasnt THAT bad I dont think, the muenster cheese cost a bit more i think bc that one theydont have shredded. ALl the other cheese, well the monterey jack and both cheddars, we bought the shredded ones so this way it was already done that part and i didnt have to shred each cheese, cant rememer how much the shredded packs of cheese are but if you know the price of that then that will help with the price. Also the velveeta isnt pricey. Then the other things such as butter, half and half and the elbow macaroni is inexpensive.
