well what do you like?

tonight I am making steak but on friday i made 5 cheese homemade macaroni and cheese that was soooo delicious. I had posted the recipe the other day.

I always make shrimp too, either in scampi or franchaise sauce, or sometimes i make my own sauce just playing around with it.

lol that just made me hungrier than i already am!

I am making homemade chicken soup tonight. It's really easy but it just has to sit for a while. Let me know if you want the recipe.

No, it's my grandma's recipe and you make it in a big pot.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 Small chicken or foul
1 medium size onion
1 large tomato
3-4 carrots
4-5 sticks of celery
Fresh parsley
3 Bouillon Cubes
1 can of college inn
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste

Recipe:
Peel and cut carrots
Cut celery
Clean chicken and place in pot
Place all ingredients in pot except for college inn (leave onion and tomato whole)
bring to a boil and then let simmer for 2 - 2 1/2 hours
20 mins before you are about to serve add the can of college inn

You can serve it with acina pepe (small little pasta kind of like pastina) or noodles.

It really is a perfect meal for a cold night and the best part is that it doesn't take much work.

Chicken Cutlets are always my default! I made them last night, but used Panko breadcrumbs instead of regular...delish!!!

Just gotta say....I LOVE making chicken cutlets with Panko Breadcrumbs!

I'm making a healthy macaroni and cheese with whole wheat macaroni and low fat cheese - sounds bad but it's actually really good!
