any suggestions for the best for the big day? I'm wearing white withwhite closed toe shoes.....

I am not recommending one but when my sister got married she had purchased an expensive pair from Macys. When she was getting dressed and put them on the crotch was down by here knees. She was flipping out. The designer ones must run small. Just a word of advice, buy a pair try them on, if you like them go and buy another pair.

I wore closed-toe shoes. I wore Givenchy Body Gleamers in a sheer white. They were comfortable, so I would recommend them.

I am wearing thigh highs that will attach to garter on my bustier (sp?) I love it! it is so comfortable, secure and Sexy!

i absolutely hate pantyhose! i love thigh highs.
i hate the feeling of the crotch i think its so annoying, but since i am doing the garter toss guess its pantyhose.

Pantyhose make me feel cramped and cranky. I am doing thigh-highs. Not sure what brand yet.

be careful with thigh highs...a friend of mine wore them at her wedding and she has a scar from the elastic, b/c of all the moving and dancing she was doing...

hmmm, a scar from thigh highs, that doesn't sound fun. I guess if you get the ones that stay up with a garter belt and don't have the elastic that might not happen. I have my heart set on thigh highs. I wanted to say, I don't see why just bc you are doing the garter toss you can't wear thigh highs? If they do it classily and just have your husband reach up and take off the garter from your mid thigh, that should be fine right? I never remember being able to see all the way up to a brides upper thigh when they did this - I think that would be too much!
