ok what vacuum do you have/ register for and y?

bag or bagless?

i currently have a bagless and it smells and its a PITA to clean. i registered for the bissel pet vac but i am having second thoughts because its a bagless.

i want a dyson but i think maybe its too expensive to put on a registry- i wanna be realistic.

i got the bissell pet eraser at my shower... i was sooo excited about that gift! our reg cheapie bissell works amazingly so i cant wait to see what this one is going to do! i like bagless... call me crazy but i like to see all the dirt n particles its picking up

Not to rain on your parade, but I bought an upright Dyson about three years ago, I was psyched because it was bagless.

Immediately we had problems with the hepafilter clogging, some problems picking up dirt from head on, all within our warranty period. It also did not work great with area rugs. So depending on what your needs are and your price range....

I'm planning to switch to either an Electrolux or Meile -research pending.

We registered for the dyson - you never know people may chip in to give you the gift

I want a new vacuum desperately! FH is a neat freak and has his mom's cleaning lady come to our apt every other week and she will only use those weird vacuums from the 60's. the ones with 2 pieces... with the contraption piece-thingy... and the hose that connects to the sucky part?

Yea I hate it and i refuse to learn to use it or to vacuum anything until we buy an upright. But since she wont use it and we dont have room for 2 I am stuck with the stupid vacuum...

mini vent over... clearly i have issues!
