Does anyone have a sample copy of a letter they sent or will send to oot guests telling them about hotel arrangements etc? Thanks, Debbie

for my sisters wedding we just sent out a little card along with the save the dates, it was something like this...
Bride and Groom Wedding Location Wedding Date Hotel Accomodations
hotel name hotel number whether or not they do one night minimum proximity to hall
and we listed 3 hotels.....

thats what i was gonna say... we didn't have too many oot guests, so we just included the hotel info on a card with the invitation.... but you can send it with save the date cards, too.... get two things over with one mailing

I have a lot of OOT guest so I was a little lengthy in my letter. I gave information about the hotel and web addresses/phone numbers for airports LIRR etc...

We didn't want to send a letter - we have over 100 OOT guests - so we put our wedding website on our save the date magnet and all of the necessary information is on the website. We are hoping that is enough.

That's a good idea...I have about 80 OOT's and was considering doing a letter too, but that's alot of extra stamps

We were going to do the same thing. We sent out save the dates and web pages awhile back and with 4 months to go, we're getting slammed with questions about where the hotel blocked rooms are. A LOT of people didn't ever even look at the website....just a thought

we sent out a letter with the save the dates - just mailed them today actually!!!!!!!!!!! it gave info about stuff to do in the area , hotel reservation cards, the magnet...our webpage info- email
