Letting Guests know transportation is provided?

How did you let your guests know that transportation to/from venue was provided?
Did you put it in the invite?
Does the hotel let them know upon check-in?

We're doing both.

Within the invitations, we will probably have it on the Accommodations card.

At the hotel, we will have it in the welcome bags on the itineraries.

Letting Guests know transportation is provided?

Maybe put it on your accommodations card within your invitation suite and ask the front desk to alert them with a little note with their room key or something?

Letting Guests know transportation is provided?

I'm going to say it on my website as well as having the front desk tell guests as they check in

Letting Guests know transportation is provided?

I will be putting it on the invitation (accommodations card) on my wedding website, & most likely putting something in the welcome bags. A wedding I went to in June they had a welcome bag, but had a piece of paper handed to the guests when we checked in with the shuttle time to ensure we read it.

Letting Guests know transportation is provided?

On the RSVP card, my future brother and sister in law put something like 'will be using shuttle' and put a place where people can check it off. Thought that was a good idea. I would still have the front desk or welcome bags say something about it for last minute people, but at least with the responses you'll get a good idea.
