Is it proper etiquette to email an RH and thank them for their time but let them know you will not be choosing them? Or should I not worry?

Re: Letting RH Down
I didn't unless they followed up with me to ask if I was still interested, or if we seriously considered booking them. Like one place, they drafted a contract for us, but we weren't pleased with it- it was different from things they were telling us. So we called them and told them we would not be signing with them. Otherwise, nope.

I didn't bother doing that. If they called, I told them over the phone.

Re: Letting RH Down
We didn't bother to contact them nor did they ask us.
The only place that asked was GIHC because my dad knows one of the BM's there but my dad handled it.

Re: Letting RH Down
I wouldn't waste your time calling. No one really stalked us after we looked at them except for one..
Villa Lombardi's called me atleast twice a week for like a month. I never answered bc it was either a bad time or I knew it was him asking. Finally I said please stop calling we booked somewhere else & he started asking why, what price did they offer, bla bla bla!

Re: Letting RH Down
One place did contact me via mail.. but because they had my FH's name wrong (after trying to correct multiple times), I didn't feel the need to tell them we weren't choosing them.

Re: Letting RH Down
Us either... the only place we called was a place we had set up a tasting at, and that was to let them know and cancel the tasting.

Re: Letting RH Down
I only responded to one because they kept contacting me with whether I made a decision. I emailed them and informed them that I was not booking with their venue.
