Letting you all in on a little secret

FH and I are doing a surprise thing in our first dance.

We are starting off with our wedding song 'can't take my eyes off of you' by franki valli and the four seasons. But part of the way into the song, we are going to go into a verse and a chorus of 'footloose' by kenny loggins. A friend of ours teaches dance classes so she is working out some choreography with her. We had our first lesson yesterday and just did some more practicing at home. Looks like we're going to go for it. I think our crowd will find it funny or at least mildly entertaining. So, we'll see how the practicing goes. I'm a little bit nervous, but I think we'll do okay with it. And if not, then it will be something funny for our wedding video.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to do something funny...but believe it or not, FH is very serious about the first dance, and already asked me not to break out into 'The Carlton' (Fresh Prince style!)

Me and my fiancee are dancing to give me forever i do by john tesh and james ingram. we have taken our 2nd dance lesson so far and it's going good. were going to do the waltz,but instead of breaking out a dance in the middle of the song b/c my mom will kill both of us we are going to have a coreographed dance to a song later that night. not sure of what song to do it to yet but hopefully we'll find something soon. i can't wait to see everybodies reaction to it the night of the wedding.

I think it's an awesome idea! We were considering doing something different also but we don't dance together often so i think it will be enough of a challenge just dancing normal.
