No problem

and i agree with the massage thing, youre reall not supposed to...also they say dont do anything new 2 weeks before, test it out before...such as haircut, tanning if you haven't really tanned before, certain facials and things like that.

yeah i am really glad i read this b/c my fsil was going to get me a massage the night before the wedding...so does this mean that's not a good idea?

yeah i am really glad i read this b/c my fsil was going to get me a massage the night before the wedding...so does this mean that's not a good idea?

NO NOT REALLY...maybe a few days or a week is the best. It also relaxes you a bit too much and tires you out. I know after ive gotten a massage i dont want to move

A massage is a BAD idea right before the wedding-- especially a deep-tissue massage. I had a friend who bruises really easily and she had marks all over her shoulders on her wedding day!

A massage is a BAD idea right before the wedding-- especially a deep-tissue massage. I had a friend who bruises really easily and she had marks all over her shoulders on her wedding day!

oh didnt even think of that one but very true...Also in the article they mentioned about getting dehydrated and stuff so better off NOT to get it
