LI Catholic churches that take non-parishioners (same as 2010 board)

HELP... We are looking at having the reception at CLM in Lindenhurst, so we need a church close by. We found one we liked in Merrick (Cure of Ars) with a seemingly great pastor. However, he hasnt returned our calls.

We want to book the date soon, but I know the ceremony site really should be finalized first.

I have searched on the web for churches that are close, but none really specify whether or not they take non-parishioners.

Is anyone aware from past brides? Any suggestions?

Thanks! We are looking at a Saturday in April 2010.

I'm getting married at St. Christophers in Baldwin and I'm not a member. Not sure though if Baldwin is to far for you.

I heard St. Patricks in Bayshore takes non-parishioners. From the pics i've seen online, the church is beautiful. HTH.

I'm getting married at St. Christophers also. I'm not a parishoner there but they were very accomodating and easy to talk with.
