ya were not getting zap shots :( and our DOC is the complementary one from the watermill, so shes good.

As for vendor tables - I think they usually set them up somewhere like in your cocktail hour room or something, I guess it depends on the RH. I was at a wedding at the watermill and didn't see where the vendors ate - I wouldn't worry about it!!

ETA: They are the first dj we are officially meeting with, actually we went to a showcase for FM Entertainment, and they were nice, and actually, we met with 5 Star Entertainment too, they were good too. We really like the idea of using 'house' vendors as a way to get out of feeding extra peeps. Our photogs won't be house, so we will have to feed them.

wow this post got long!
i booked with Chris. i met with him and im using him as our MC.

when we went there he explained everything on the sheet...he went down the line.
he asked what we wanted and we told him. we had earlier spoke about uplighting.

so then he asked 'tell me about this uplighting'
and i said 'well i really want it but im not too sure about the price, it seems expensive'

so he said 'you're getting married in february right?'
then he punched away at his calculator and spit out 3500 and i said DONE!
i feel like we got a bette rdeal since it was an off month and also with the uplighting HE was so excited about it. he kept saying it looks so sick in flowerfield's room. i think he just really wanted to do it lol.

oh and for feeding...we are feeding a dj, mc, percussionist, zap shot guy and an assistant. but since he is a house vendor its only $25 a meal..so its 125 to feed them.

gaby 800 is a lot...how much does your hall charge for vendors? thats crazy
