LI things to do for Out of Town Guests

Does anyone have a list of things for out of town guests to do on LI? I'm trying to add a page to our website and aside from going to the beach or hamptons, I don't know what to suggest. Guests will be staying in Hauppauge and ceremony is in Patchogue on Sunday of Labor Day (Aug. 31). We'll be having a dinner in Port Jeff Sat. night but my mom thinks pp need ideas for what to do sat and sun day.

Help!!

I had a website page for OOTers with a list of things to do as well as essentials such as places to get coffee & eat...there were website links to places listed...but they don't work with my copy & pasting! HTH!

There are so many things to do and see while visiting us in the Hamptons.

SHOPPING - TANGER OUTLET 20 minutes away and offers premium outlet shopping.
They are open 7 days a week.

AQUARIUM - ATLANTIS MARINE WORLD 20 Minutes away in downtown historic Riverhead.

BEACHES - Many public beaches - a rocky beach on the bay, or a sandy spot on the ocean. Ocean beach requires admission.

WINE TASTING - We are in the heart of Long Island wine country. My favorite and one of the closest is not listed on the website but you can click -DUCKWALK- to find out more

PLACES TO GO AND PEOPLE TO SEE - Southampton & Westhampton are our richer neighboring towns. Each main street offers a variety of shops, art galleries, and places to eat. They are about 15 minutes heading east for Southampton or West for Westhampton. There is only one main road, Montauk Highway, that takes you in either direction so it's pretty hard to get lost. Great places to go and watch the rich people in their white pants and shirts stroll along. Who knows you may even run into a celebrity! Last year I happened to be shopping in the same jewelry store as Brendan Fraser, better known to many as 'George of the Jungle'.

DUNE ROAD - Down the road from our wedding location and the address of many extravagant beach homes located right along the Atlantic Ocean. A scenic drive if you want a glimpse into the houses that many only inhabit for a few weeks, but cost more than most spend in a lifetime. Some unique and interesting architecture as well.

DINING & COFFEE- Starbucks is located in the King Kullen Shopping center in the heart of Hampton Bays.

Italian Food- Boccacinis Italian Restaurant - From pizza to Chicken Marsala, our personal favorite, also in the King Kullen Shopping Center,

Hampton Bays Diner - 24 Hour Greek diner with good food. Go there at 3am and see all the drunks from the clubs.

Pancake Cottage - Located by Macy's and near the diner, they offer great breakfast if you like pancake, eggs, waffles & such. Another favorite spot of ours.

For snacks, essentials and less expensive coffee there is a 7-11 in the heart of town.

I listed many of those but also gave my guests the LIRR schedule in case they wanted to take a train into Manhattan as well...
