Hi ladies! Has anyone used Lidia's Bridal Boutique in Copiague (on Great Neck Rd) before? Two people just RAVED about them to me, so I just called them & they were very helpful & very nice. I'm considering bringing all of our gowns to them for alterations, but after my last experience, I thought that I'd get a few more honest opinions first. TIA!

I am using them also. The customer service is unbeatable. They have been great with not only me, but every one of my 9 bridesmaids commented about how nice and accommodating they were. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

The store is beautiful and the women are so helpful! They accommodated my BM's right away with an appointment when we started our dress hunt! Good luck!

They are very helpful...we didn't use them, but looked there & I have friends that went through them & they were great!

I ordered my dress from them because i never had such a wonderful experience EVER in all the bridal shops i went in. I heard rave reviews on alterations. The only thing is try not to go on a weekend because sometimes its only one girl and if she get s a walk in its hard for her to pay 100% attention which is understandable. So either go early or later on a weekend or go on a weekday.
I love them honestly!

Wow - thank you ALL so much! All of your comments are right in line with what my friends told me, which is GREAT to hear. It was only a brief phone call this afternoon, but I got a good feeling...the girl was just so nice. My decision's made - we'll be taking all of our dresses there!!! Thanks again!
