can someone pls explain lighting to me?
what are the diff packages? what are u guys getting? what is the diff w/uplighting? how many LEd boxes should i request? what is basic lighting?
ahhhhhhhhhh i'm so confused!

The amount of lights depends on your room size. I think they recommend you get a light for every 6 ft of the room if your looking for complete room color. If your room has alot of windows or mirrors, uplighting will be a little difficult. My room is mostly mirrors and windows so I am only having a few uplights for some beams to bring out some of my colors. I am paying $45/light...I negotiated from $50

I have no idea lol we have basic lighting but I will confirm what it actually does in Dec we can also add more lighting if we wnat

focus on what you want lit up! don't get beat in the head by the dj's they re making crazy money off nothing...my room has a lot of mirrors so up lighting doesn't show well against mirror only wall space or fabric but i still wanted the effect so i am only lighting the back of my sw table(4LED WALL Lights) as well as one under table light. $40 X 5 lights ...I rented them myself at a dj store! me happy btw the lights will be controlled with a remote if i want them to change color....$200 vs $2000.
