Been calling and talking to a bunch of DJs....and have a question about lighting. We're having a September Sunday afternoon wedding. Cocktail hour 12-1, Reception 1-5. Do you think I should get the lighting? I mean it's September, it will be very light outside still, so I can't imagine using it.
If you think it's a good idea, a basic package or something more?

What room are you using? The Northampton & Southampton ballrooms don't have windows, I believe. If that's the case and uplighting is what you want, I say go for it. But if you're having it in the Veranda room or The Estate, I'd pass. It would be too light outside. Just my opinion.

It depends on the room where your reception is and the look/feel you are going for. If you have a lot of windows, then it would probably not be worth it.
