when i first told people i was using them everyone seemed to be really nice about it ~ they are the main florist in this community and we always get small arrangements from from~ but when i asked them to make a sample for me i was beyond shocked ~ it was the most horrific thing i had ever seem ~ i gave them pictures ~ i sat there explaining exactly what we wanted ~ when i saw it i was very upset when i asked what happened they tried to convince me that was what i had asked for ~ i gave them quite a large deposit ~ its a very very big wedding of 700 people ~ when i asked for my money back because they lied and did not do anything i asked for not only did they say no they said they were going to figure out how much i owe them for the time they put in ~ he then shut the lights and told us to get the F*** out ~ these are not people you want around AT ALL on your wedding day or any other day of you life for that matter ~ after this all happen i told a few people and they all had horror stories of there own ~ we found another florist MERTO 2 on middle neck road in great neck they are the nicest people ever they made us a sample and i was blown away ~
so in short do not use Lilac they are cheats who ever price and are disgusting ~
