I live in Baldwin and just dropped in one day to check them out. They were SO nice and accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. Anne helped me. She was so nice... put me in the corset and slip just to try on so I would get a good idea of what they looked like. Also pinned all the dresses for me and got me in and out of all of them. She found me dresses that suited my body type because i didn't know what i wanted. Also, she was honest and not pushy and only showed me dresses that were in my price range. I found my dream dress there (the second one i tried on!) I really, really liked them. they cap the alterations (they won't charge more than $250.00 even if you need major work done). Also, if you get your dress there and then do your brdiesmaid's dresses there too you get 10 % your bridesmaids dresses. they also gave me a coupon for $50.00 off my dress. So, yes, I highly recommend them. IF you're looking for a place with quality staff and dresses, but average prices, then go here. Good luck!

i didn't have the greatest experience there. they didn't really listen to what i wanted, rushed me around the store, and then left me alone to get dressed without helping.
I LOVE Lillette's! I worked with Kathy (I thinks she is the owner). She was so patient with me. She even ordered a gown I wanted to try on that she did not have in the store for me with no obligation (It did wind up being THE gown). 4 of my very good friends got their dresses there too.
i think the people there are very nice, but i felt rushed and it was kind of busy in there and did not receive the one ono ne i was looking for. but it was a nice experience because theladies there were great!
Getting my dress, tiara and BM dresses there...I love them in there. They are so wonderful and accomodating!! Geri is my consultant.
MY SIL GOT HER WEDDING DRESS AND OUR BRIDESMAIDS AT LILETTES. I AGRESS EVERYONE THERE IS VER NICE. BUT.........I HAVE TO SAY NONE OF US WERE HAPPY WITH THE ALTERATIONS. THERE WERE 6 BRIDESMAIDS, NONE OF THE HEMS MATCHED, THE TOPS DIDNT FIT RIGHT (SOME TOO BIG, SOME TOO TIGHT). I HAD TO HAVE MY TOP DONE 3 TIMES. MY SIL'S DRESS ALTHOUGH BEAUTIFUL, JUST DIDNT FIT PROPERLY.
I didn't get my dress there, but I did try on a lot. The girl that helped me was very nice...Christina I think. I went on a Sunday and went to the downstairs fitting area to try everything on which was fine by me because it was empty down there since I don't think they do alterations on Sunday.
I went with Lynbrook Bridal. They were very nice as well.
