Lillettes

I want to go to dress shopping at Lillettes this weekend. Any one have experience there?

had to go there for a bridesmaid dress a few years ago, i thought their service stunk....all the ladies were rude and acted like they couldnt be bothered with us....i know other girls have loved it there, but for me it was a bad experience, and i thought their store was a disaster! it smelt funny and just didnt have a nice presentation.

i ordered my dress from lillette's and had a great experience when i went to try on dresses. there are several other girls on here that have also had great experiences. it is a small store but they have pretty big selection and the consultants are awesome.

I didn't order my dress there, but I almost did. I had a very nice experience there looking for dresses!

I ordered my dress from Lillettes. Geri helped me and was AMAZING. She was honest and patient. Good luck//

i got my dress from there and my mom just ordered her dress from there. they are great! i worked with donna... patience of a saint. they remember my face even though i have only been a handful of times. they also call me often to remind me or my mom to come in for measurements or whatnot. i would def recommend lilettes!

I had a great experience there also. Gerri helped me and was very patient and sweet. Just make sure you have an appointment.

I got my dress there too...I ahd a great experience. I worked with Lidia I think- I have my first fitting in a couple of weeks so Idk about the rest but the buying process was great

For the most part i've heard positive things and they carry many of the dresses I've seen online and liked.

I ordered my dress and my bm dresses from there. Christina G has been helping me and has been the best. Very patient and figured out my style quickly.

I ordered my dress and the BM dresses there. I've been working with Lenore. I LOVE her. She cried with me & my mom when we found my dress!! She's really wonderful. Don't love some of the other ladies there, but they're nice enough. Make an appt, they get really crowded tho!!

The first time I looked the customer service was OK (not the best, and definitely not the worst) but after that first time they have been great. They have actually gotten nicer and more accommodating since we ordered with them. They were also insanely nice to my mom and grandma when they were looking for their dresses. My BMs had mixed reviews.

My only complaint is that they stall your orders to come in a few months before your wedding no matter when you order it. My girls ordered their BM dresses in early October and I wish they were in already!
