Re: Lillettes

Saturdays are crazy there...I got my dress there and we ordered the BM and FG dresses there also. I didnt find my dress there but it was cheaper than where I had originally saw it so I went with them...I have had my first fitting already and they were efficient and had me in and out...not overly friendly but nice enough...they were accomodating as far as appointments and having everyone come in together...I havent had any problems with them

I loved lillettes. I had Lenore as my consultant. I ended up not ordering my dress there cause the dress I wanted was only available from Lotus Bridal.... but I would have ordered from them... they gave me the time I needed to browse the racks and also to try on my dresses. I never felt rushed and I felt like they were very welcoming. I went on a Saturday and it wasn't packed... it was just another girl and I.

had to go there for a bridesmaid dress a few years ago, i thought their service stunk....all the ladies were rude and acted like they couldnt be bothered with us....i know other girls have loved it there, but for me it was a bad experience, and i thought their store was a disaster! it smelt funny and just didnt have a nice presentation.

I went there to try on some dresses pretty recently. I thought the experience was mediocre at best. I had a specific style mind (fitted, trumpet/mermaid style). However, she brought me out what SHE wanted me to try on. Although I do appreciate what she thinks may look best, I had tried on enough dresses by that point to know what looked good on me, and what I wanted. I went back with her to pull some dresses, and I would say 'I like this one, can we try this one?' And she would say, no no, I just got these other dresses in, you have to see them (totally not my style at all). I think out of 12 or 15 dresses I tried on, maybe 2 or 3 even resembled a fitted dress.

If you do go there, make sure you speak up, and if you have a particular style in mind, TELL them. Try their suggestions on, but make sure you pick ones out you like too. When I went to Burton's they actually listened, and brought me exactly what I asked for.

I found my Mori Lee wedding dress there! I didn't have any problems w/ them per se (other than the really tiny dressing rooms!)....but I ordered from Bridal Elegance based off of price, I saved a few hundred on alterations and the dress price too.

I have to say I am disappointed that some ladies didn't enjoy their experience there.

I not only went to Lillette's but I ordered my gown there and I would have ordered my BM's dresses there but I have two OOT girls .

I love going there- they are so helpful and I love them- Gerri was so nice to work with and the seamstress that I am working with now is fantastic!

I highly recommend you go there and call for an appointment - if you can ask for Gerri to be your consultant.

I got my dress, BM dresses and my mom got her dress there. Loved the sales department...for the most part however....the alterations dept is horrible. Read my review

I brought my dress from there. Im working with Lenore who I absolutely love. She is so sweet and patient and I never felt like I was being rushed. She was especially helpful when I went a couple of weeks ago when I came with my bridal party for BM dresses. I cant comment about the other ladies who work there but so far Ive had great service.
