Lillette's Bridals

Has anyone used this bridal shop to purchase their gown? Review pls, thanks.

I bought my gown there as well as 2 bridesmaid gowns and 1 prom gown! I can say without hesitation they are great! When I was in my Brothers wedding, I was in college and had lost 15 pounds in the first sememster! When I came home for the wedding they had to resize the dress the day before teh wedding and it was perfect!
They are amazing there! I knew from day one I would get my wedding dress there! My saleswoman, Lydia, is a doll!!!

I got my dress there, 6 BM dresses, 1 jr. BM and my moms dress. They are wonderful people to work with. Ask for Christina. I got for my second fitting next week.

I ordered my dress there and am going on Thursday to order BM dresses. Carol has been very helpful and patient!

I LOVED IT THERE - I ordered my dress there too - I have to go back again next thursday because of a special helm on the dress BUT I cant wait - My opinion - Go see Gerri - SHE IS GREAT - She is very helpful - NOT PUSHY... She really knows what she is talking about - I definetly recommend them - A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hate to be the only negative person, but my friend's sister had a terrible experience there. They ordered her dress incorrectly, and the new one didn't come in until about 5 days before her wedding. She had to argue with them to get any kind of discount or reimbursement for all of her problems. It worked out in the end though.

I love Lillettes! Geri is teriffic! She is not pushy at all, is soooo patient, and really knows her stuff. She knew just which gowns would look good on me and actually listened to my preferences. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly which gowns to show me. I tried on dresses for probably about 2 hours until I found the one, which happened to be one that she suggested I try on because she thought I would like it. If it weren't for her I never would have even looked at this dress, but once I put it on it was perfect!! I highly recommend Lillettes!

Here is my review:

Lillettes Bridals - 516-546-5660 – A+ - I went to about 5 places before I found Lillettes. The service was excellent and I received so many compliments on my dress. Pat Fiore helped me select my dress and was so sweet and helpful. The alterations were done to perfection and my dress looked stunning. I also got my bridesmaids dresses here. I had 8 girls in my bridal party with sizes ranging from 4 to 24, I picked a color (champagne) and a manufacturer (Morilee) and the girls picked whatever style dress that suited them best. The dresses came in on time and they all looked beautiful. I have read too many Bridal dress horror stories, shop here and you won’t regret it.

I love them!
I ordered my dress and my BM dresses there.
I worked with Karen who was a doll. She suggested tthat I try on my dress. At first I was hesitant but once I tried it on I just knew! I wouldn't have tried it on if it was for her.
Everyone in the shop has been really great to work with so far, even after I went back to try it on again and order my BM dresses.
My dress came in already! Now I just have to go back and try it on

I was a Lillette's Bride as well and here was my review - I can't rave about them enough!

Bridal Dress: Paloma Blanca, Lillettes, A++
What more can I say about this store that hasn't been said! I just can't rave about them enough - Geri is the best, she took 4 hours with me to help me find THE dress. Never rushed once and remembered me everytime I came back for alterations. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on-Lillettes was my first stop and should have been my last but my mom insisted that we look elsewhere. No where else I visited made me feel so beautiful, so important as there - the dressmakers were fabulous, not one complaint on the alterations!

I love Lillette's too. I ordered my dress last week. I was there last night to show my sister and my future mother-in-law. They loved it. I went to several places and Lillette's beat them all.

I bought my gown there and it came in in the wrong color HOWEVER they did everything in their power to resolve the problem quickly and my DRESS IS GORGEOUS, thanks to their seamstresses. My headpiece order had disappeared for awhile until I lost my mind and then that also came in sooner than the week before my wedding (which was what I was told) and it is perfect. A little unhappy with them but its always something isn't it?
